Privacy policy
We keep this simple. The only personal details we hold are the ones you send us to get a quote or ask a question.
Who we are
Seeinggreen Limited, trading as Seeing Green, a gardening business based in West Ealing, London. Contact: Seeinggreenltd@yahoo.com or 07505 483463.
What we collect and why
When you use the quote or contact forms, WhatsApp us or call us, we receive the details you choose to send (name, phone number, email, address or postcode, photos of your garden and your message). We use them only to reply, quote and carry out the work you ask for. Lawful basis: taking steps at your request before entering a contract, and our legitimate interest in running the business.
Where it goes
Form submissions are emailed to us through a transactional email service and a copy is stored securely for up to 12 months so we do not lose a lead. WhatsApp messages are held in WhatsApp on our phone. We do not sell, rent or share your details with anyone else, and we do not send marketing.
Cookies and analytics
This website sets no advertising or tracking cookies. On preview versions of the site a small script records that a page was opened so we know the design was viewed; it does not identify you by name.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you at any time by emailing Seeinggreenltd@yahoo.com. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
